If they removed his ACOG his winrate and pickrate would drop considerably. If Ubisoft wanted to hold true to what 3 armor operators are supposed to be, which is anchors, then he wouldn't have an ACOG. You also have to consider the fact that a lot of times the Rook may forget to drop his armor or somebody may not grab either armor, further reducing the effectiveness of his armor pack. Platinum and diamond players will get headshot after headshot with this setup. You have to also consider he gets an ACOG as well, which is a very powerful tool at his disposal. A lot of kills in that rank end up being headshots, so Rook's armor is very negligible in that rank. The problem I have with that is that the data they have released about the win/pick rates are taken from platinum/diamond level gameplay. The only time you should win a gunfight against a twitch with an mp5 is if you have better aim or outplay her. Twitch's gun has 980 rpm with 7 more damage than the mp5. It's an overall good gun with above average stats on everything with an acog, but that doesn't make it OP. The mp5 is an amazing gun, but almost every gun on offense is better than it.
